Review:

Bourbon-laced almond milk with rich hazelnut and lemon freshness. Hazelnut-flavoured sugar syrup is key to this recipe, which is even tastier when made with a roasted hazelnut syrup.

History:

Created in June 2024 by yours truly at the Clocktower in Rye, England. Named after The Nut Job animated heist film starring Surly the squirrel. While the film had mixed reviews, it's a great name for a nutty cocktail. (You didn't think I'd name a cocktail after the term for a foolish or eccentric person, did you?)
