How to make:
DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients. SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
2 leaf | Kaffir lime (fresh fruit) |
