Garnish: None

How to make:

POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and leave to stand. Separately SHAKE rest of ingredients with ice. DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice) and fine STRAIN contents of shaker into ice-filled absinthe-coated glass.

Review:

Some big, bold, flavours are corralled in this twist on the classic Pegu Club replacing the usual bitters for a Campari/maraschino/absinthe combo.
