Method:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and gently stir.

Not bad with the soda. I feel like this would be a great template to showcase many of the Fever Tree sparkling range or their ginger ale. Their ginger beer would be a bit too much here. But their bitter lemon was my first thought.

Very refreshing and flavourful. Always have an issue with cocktails which "top off" as I find glasses vary in volume. We used a 10 oz glass and it was perfect. Drinks very easily.
