Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 12 oz Shiraz red wine
12 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
12 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.
  3. MUDDLE rosemary in base of mixing glass.
  4. Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Dry tannins in the red wine are balanced by cherry brandy and coffee liqueur with a slug of vodka adding backbone.

As a non-wine drinker, this is the most wine I enjoy, and it's great! Rosemary shines, and the cherry and cafe round the taste off very nicely.
