Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Giffard Rhubarbe Liqueur
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float apple slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a drink created in 2011 by Joseph Cassidy, Surrey, England. The name references Yorkshire's famous rhubarb triangle and also the trio of ingredients.

Apple juice and dry vermouth is one of the vilest combinations anyone could possibly come up with. Adding gin to the mix only makes it worse (somehow!)
