| 1 oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 1 oz | Red grape juice (e.g. Kedem or Welch's Purple Grape Juice) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Ginger liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered red grape.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with skewered grape.
