Subtle ginger spice in a rum-laced grape sour.
History:
This recipe was adapted from one created in 2021 by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR in Oxford, England. Jason formulated it using an old bottling of the King's Ginger, but as this liqueur has since changed, he recommends Crabbie's Ginger Liqueur instead.
