2 fl oz Patron Silver tequila
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Giffard Grenadine Syrup
¼ fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Lime wedge on rim

Yes, this appropriately named almond margarita-like drink is pink and fluffy – due to being sweetened and made red with pomegranate syrup (in place of triple sec) and given a foamy head by the addition of egg white.

Created in 2010 by Dick Bradsell at The Pink Chihuahua at El Camion, London, England.

This fluffy little pink drink is named Chihuahua (Spanish: Chihuahueño) after the smallest breed of dog and also the state of Mexico. At El Camion, the front door is painted with an artist's impression of a pink Chihuahua.
