Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Cold black tea
1 12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
12 oz Absolut Hunni Vodka
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare lemon slice wheel for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice.

We had some left over black tea and were going to have Mexican food for supper. This cocktail went perfectly with the food. It was a good enhancement to the food and nicely refreshing with a hint of honey.
