1 oz | Peach schnapps liqueur |
3⁄4 oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
3⁄4 oz | Chilled water |
1⁄2 oz | Rioja (Crianza) red wine |
Garnish: Long bendy straw
SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda and then carefully FLOAT Rioja wine.
