Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
34 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
34 oz Chilled water
12 oz Rioja (Crianza) red wine

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda and then carefully FLOAT Rioja wine.
