Serve in a Martini glass
2 oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
1⁄3 oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1⁄12 oz | Bols Blue Curaçao |
3⁄4 oz | Pistachio cream liqueur |
Garnish: Scoop of pistachio gelato or ice cream
POUR first 3 ingredients into the larger of your shaker tins. Add ice and then pistachio cream liqueur (this helps prevent the creamy liqueur from splitting), SHAKE and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into chilled glass.
