- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of float 3 coffee beans.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Vanilla flavoured vodka |
1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
2/3 fl oz | Pumpkin spice syrup |
1/3 fl oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Just as it says on the tin, a pumpkin spice-flavoured Espresso Martini but mellowed with creamy vanilla.
