| 1 oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1⁄2 oz | Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 0.08 oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
