Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of skewered lychee.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.

Absolutely adored this, the lychee is subtle but still a great cocktail.

Slightly sharper than its also excellent sibling, the Sake & Lychee Martini, the Peychaud's imparts a charming hue.
