Named after De Beauvoir Town, an area of north London boundaried by Kingsland Road to the east, Southgate Road to the west, the Regent's Canal in the south and Tottenham Road to the north. The cockney name for the area, Beaverstown, is also the name of the brewery in Hackney whose Smog Rocket porter Andrea used in her winning cocktail.
