a Collins glass...
1 shot Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum BUY
1 shot Martini Bianco Vermouth BUY
¾ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
3 wedge Lime (fresh whole)
12 fresh Mint leaves
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine (or Champagne)

How to make:

POUR first 4 ingredients into glass. ADD lime wedges & mint and crushed ice. CHURN (stir), TOP with Prosecco and CHURN again.

Garnish:

Mint sprig

Comment:

A light mojito made more complex with bianco vermouth.
