| 1 oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 1 oz | Chinola Mango Liqueur |
| 1⁄3 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 1⁄3 oz | Ginger liqueur |
| 3⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 6 drop | Bob's Ginger Bitters optional |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) optional |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with mango wedge on rim.
