1 fl oz	Blended Scotch whisky
1 fl oz	Chinola Mango Liqueur
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Peated single malt whisky
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Ginger liqueur
³⁄₄ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
6 drop	Ginger bitters (optional)
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s (optional)

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mango wedge.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

So sort of a mango Penicillin with the liqueurs, in combination, rendering the honey redundant. Well, mangoes are always fun so who could possibly complain?

To be honest, I made this mostly as a joke. That combination of ingredients does sound pretty awful after all.. Did not expect to end up grading it as excellent 😅
