Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Fruit cup liqueur
23 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
16 oz Liquorice liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

Fruit and balanced rather than sweet or dry and with a subtle but interesting liquorice note.

History:

Our thanks to Joel Savard for sending us this drink which he discovered in 2014 at Copenhagen's Lidkoeb (Lidkøb) cocktail bar. This drink's name, Østersø Cola, translates as Baltic Cola.
