How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
3/4 fl oz Pimm's No. 1 Cup
2/3 fl oz Giffard Creme de Peche de Vigne
1/6 fl oz Liquorice liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

History:

Our thanks to Joel Savard for sending us this drink which he discovered in 2014 at Copenhagen's Lidkoeb (Lidkøb) cocktail bar. This drink's name, Østersø Cola, translates as Baltic Cola.
