Ingredients:
2 oz	Vanilla flavoured vodka
¹⁄₂ oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth
¹⁄₂ oz	Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ oz	Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 dash	Bob's Grapefruit Bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare pink grapefruit zest for garnish.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Created by yours truly and named after Velvet Maker, the filly who won the 15:05 at the wonderfully named Fairyhouse racecourse in Ireland on 31st January 2015 - the day I first made this drink.
