How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 1/2 fl oz Bacardi Gold rum
3/4 fl oz Beetroot juice
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Vanilla sugar syrup

Review:

Just what it says on the tin, only the beetroot pervades this otherwise classic Daiquiri more than the vanilla. Perhaps also consider using vanilla infused rum.
