a Coupe glass...
fl oz Bacardi Carta Oro Rum
¾ fl oz Beetroot juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Monin Vanilla Syrup

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Comment:

Just what it says on the tin, only the beetroot pervades this otherwise classic Daiquiri more than the vanilla. Perhaps also consider using vanilla infused rum.
