Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

One substitute. Amontillado. Perhaps I just had an Amozzoni? Fabulous none the less. As our fellow discerning drinker Simon Sedgley says regarding the cocktail Enzoni "How do the grapes tame the Campari so beautifully? Same could be said here for the apple juice and sherry! Campari in a new light. Will revisit this with Manzanilla. Thank you Lustau. Thank you Simon Difford!

Ford's Gin, St. George Bruto Americano, Lustau Los Arcos, fresh juiced Gala apples (not ideal)... The Bruto seems to dominate, but the harmony in the ratios is rather delightful... I wouldn't mind a tiny touch of tartness, but it's just fine as it is.
