1 1/2 fl oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry (chilled)
1/4 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered green olive.

Method

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

1 teaspoon cognac
2 dashes orange bitters
Ice
Stir. Strain into cocktail glass, and serve with pitted green olive.
