Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 barspoon Pink peppercorns
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Kleos Mastiha liqueur
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: 3 pink peppercorns

How to make:

MUDDLE peppercorns in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Pretty in pink but with a hint of spice and the distinctive Greek flavour of mastiha.

This drink has an incredible peppery bouquet, and I would call the taste rather unique. Excellent and original.
