Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
13 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
13 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
6 drop Bob's Tonka Bitters optional
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of peated whisky (in atomiser) and skewered toasted marshmallow.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Spray surface with peated whisky and garnish with skewered marshmallow.

Simon, is your marshmallow syrup home made?

I made some, I toasted 8 marshmallows with my flamethrower and stirred it into freshly made hot syrup (1c sugar 1c water) til they melted. Have to strain it though, if you want no black bits in it at all, I'd recommend a cheesecloth. I used a tea strainer and some particles got through but I don't care, it's just for me at home.
