Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
23 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discard).
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Found this to be a very nice evening sipper or after-dinner cocktail. The three ingredients work great together.
I did find it just a tad sweet. Feel it could use either a long stir or addition of cold water to temper the sweet flavours from the Peche.
