1 1/3 fl oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1/2 fl oz Giffard Creme de Chataigne
1/2 fl oz Pineau des Charentes blanc
1/6 fl oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
2 dash Lemon bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Chestnut, pineau de charente and chartreuse combine with cognac to create a most unusual cocktail with zesty lemon freshness.
