34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Green Mint Syrup
2 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

Mint can put some people off cocktails, but it's really not overpowering here. Quite enjoyed it.
