37.5 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
22.5 ml Michter's Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye
22.5 ml Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
15 ml Blood Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
120 ml Angostura Cocoa Bitters
60 ml Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
