¹⁄₁₂ fl oz	Chilli liqueur

4 drop	Vanilla bitters

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This is a very tasty old fashioned! But although I like a healthy dose of whiskey, I have to question whether that’s a typo in the specs. 2-1/2 oz seems overpower the more subtle notes of the liqueurs.
