Ingredients:
34 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
34 oz Cognac (brandy)
34 oz Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port chilled
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

As the name suggests, this is a four-ingredient riff on the classic Trinton cocktail (with dashes of bitters). Created in January 2026 by yours truly.
