Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 34 oz Celery juice (freshly extracted)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of salt rim & celery stick.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Celery is usually only tasty when loaded with blue cheese. Vodka also seems to make it rather palatable.

I didn't add the salt rim, but I wish I had. If you like celery as much as I do, then this will taste like celery, and then some. It's barely sweet and the sugar and vodka add a bit of body and texture... I don't juice celery often. Is the fantastic foam normal?
