Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
14 fl oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
34 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
12 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
