Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
23 fl oz Single malt Scotch whisky (Speyside)
16 fl oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry chilled
16 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
6 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of half orange slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Briefly STIR.
