Arugably the best cocktail I've tried using cranberry juice. My juice though was 4:1 unsweetened cranberry juice to 2:1 cane syrup. Domaine de Canton. Rather fantastic.

Very nice. A little sweet, spicy, and savory at the same time. Great for an afternoon or early evening cocktail. With the ginger, would also work as a digestive.
