1 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
3 fresh Raspberries
1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Garnish: Berries and mint sprigs

Serve in a Collins glass

Method:

MUDDLE berries in base of shaker. Add next five ingredients (all but soda), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
