Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
14 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
2 dash Peach bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I used a couple of English ingredients for this one. Burnt Faith Brandy and Mouse Kingdom’s Dry Limoncello (plus Cinzano Rosso and Bitter Truth Bitters)
Initially dry but opens up as you drink. Deep cognac flavours and deep lemon make it interesting. I’m not sure I needed the bitters but an extra 5-10 ml of sweet vermouth wouldn’t go amiss.
