Serve in a Wine glass
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Caorunn Gin |
| 2⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Honey |
| 2 dash | Angostura Orange Bitters |
| 1 2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with tonic water. Special ingredient #1: Homemade sour mix (30ml / 1oz fresh lemon, 30ml / 1oz fresh lime, 30ml / 1oz orange blossom water & 1 fresh egg white)
