a Wine glass...
1 23 fl oz Caorunn Gin
23 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
13 fl oz Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)
2 dash Orange bitters
1 23 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with tonic water.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade sour mix (30ml / 1oz fresh lemon, 30ml / 1oz fresh lime, 30ml / 1oz orange blossom water & 1 fresh egg white)
