Ingredients:
1 23 oz Caorunn Gin
23 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
13 oz Honey
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
1 23 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with tonic water. Special ingredient #1: Homemade sour mix (30ml / 1oz fresh lemon, 30ml / 1oz fresh lime, 30ml / 1oz orange blossom water & 1 fresh egg white)
