3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
4 fl oz	Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco (chilled)

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with prosecco.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

My version today was sorrily no success (Campari, Mionetto, Dolin rouge), maybe the parts don't fit well together. Besides that I personally prefer a splash lemon with Campari/Aperol.
