| 3⁄4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Honey water (1:1) |
Garnish: Mint sprigs
POUR all ingredients into glass 2/3 filled with crushed ice and SWIZZLE. Top with more crushed ice and swizzle to finish.
