How to make:

POUR all ingredients into glass 2/3 filled with crushed ice and SWIZZLE. Top with more crushed ice and swizzle to finish. 

1 1/4 fl oz Caorunn Gin
3/4 fl oz Mead
3/4 fl oz Aperol or other Italian red aperitivo
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Honey water (1:1)
