| 1⁄3 oz | Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Cawston Press Apple & Ginger |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discard)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Special ingredient #1: Stout Reduction
