Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
12 fl oz Oude genever
34 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 fl oz Ginger beer
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and lime wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and lime wedge.

On holiday with limited supplies so substituted Mermaid Gin for the Genever. I tried again with a drop of saline and a bar spoon of sugar syrup. Geweldig, gaan we nog een keer drinken! 🇳🇱

Also nice if old genever substituted by young genever and a drop of tobasco added.
