1 12 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
23 fl oz Whipping cream
23 fl oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
13 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 fresh Egg yolk

How to make:

MUDDLE lightly roasted coffee beans in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History:

The Austrian Bacardí Legacy 2019 winning cocktail created by Alex Öhler at Fabios in Vienna, Austria. Alex says "What does the word 'legacy' mean and how can it change the world? I went off-script with this, thinking I had most of the ingredients, but found I did not... El Dorado 8, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, 1 tsp coffee grounds, 1.25 ml vanilla extract... might be lacking a little in mouth feel, but the flavors I got were superb. I will be making this again.
