6 dried | Roasted coffee beans |
1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
2⁄3 oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
2⁄3 oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1 fresh | Egg yolk |
Garnish: Coffee sugar powder
MUDDLE lightly roasted coffee beans in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
