Serve in an Espresso cup

Ingredients:
6 dried Roasted coffee beans
1 12 oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
23 oz Single cream/half-and-half
23 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 fresh Egg yolk
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Coffee sugar powder

How to make:

MUDDLE lightly roasted coffee beans in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

I went off-script with this, thinking I had most of the ingredients, but found I did not... El Dorado 8, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, 1 tsp coffee grounds, 1.25 ml vanilla extract... might be lacking a little in mouth feel, but the flavors I got were superb. I will be making this again.
