History
The Belarus Bacardí Legacy 2019 winning cocktail created by Sergey Zlatodrev at Make-make Tiki King in Minsk. Sergey says, "The scientific quest to develop something new has revolutionised our world throughout history. The Bacardí family became revolutionaries in the production of rum by using new techniques – which saw their rum travel the world with the energy of tiny particles of light. These particles were bartenders, cocktails and the people who drink and serve Bacardí rum. Photon is one of the Bacardí elementary particles of light, a mix of traditions and modern bright experiments."
