SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

1 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
1 5/6 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |
5/12 fl oz | Anise / aniseed syrup |
20 gram | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
3 drop | Bob's Chocolate bitters |
