|1/6 fl oz||Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur|
|5/12 fl oz||Verjuice|
|5/12 fl oz||*Special ingredient #1 (see above)|
|1/3 fl oz||Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar:1 water)|
|3 drop||Balsamic vinegar of Modena|
