1 fl oz Whipping cream

Garnish: Dust with cocoa or cinnamon powder

Method:

POUR liqueur and hot coffee into a warmed glass then FLOAT warmed whipped cream on the surface of the drink.

Substituting 200 ml cold brew for the 200 ml Filter coffee (hot) worked well for me, for when you'd prefer a cold drink...

I appreciate that this ends up being like an actual cocktail rather than alcoholic coffee. I get the "bite" of the alcohol up front but then the coffee/sugar/vanilla/herbs/spices/cream balance it out on the backend. I used a light roast, but I'm curious how different roasts/coffees would change things.
