How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic.

Special ingredient #1: Mint Syrup - lightly muddle 10 mint stems with 250g brown sugar, 250g white caster sugar and 600ml hot water.

1 12 fl oz Black Tears cacao & coffee spiced rum
8 fresh Mint leaves
23 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
1 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
3 drop Bob's Chocolate Bitters
1 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
