How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic.
Special ingredient #1: Mint Syrup - lightly muddle 10 mint stems with 250g brown sugar, 250g white caster sugar and 600ml hot water.
