Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
8 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cucumber slice speared with mint sprigs bouquet.
  3. MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprigs speared cucumber slice.

Pretty nice, to me it would be best with crushed ice. Next time I'll try it with a little bit less sugar and more cucumber slices to muddle.

Refreshing drink. For me the lime can be 5 ml less, decent cocktail though
