Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
12 oz Giffard Crème de Myrtille liqueur
12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with dehydrated apple slice floated on cocktail.

Adapted from a cocktail discovered in the noughties at Oxo Tower Restaurant & Bar in London, England, and originally named American Pie Martini.

I made this yesterday to mark the day the music died. I substituted applejack in place of the apple schnapps and Chateau Monet Framboise in place of the Myrtille. Bright and refreshing was the consensus. I think that a touch of demerara syrup or similar might make it more pie-like.
