History

My version of the classic Deauville.

Review

A calvados-influenced riff on the Sidecar, or a cognac-influenced riff on the Apple Cart. Either way, served in a more bite-sized portion.

Fairly mild, but a nice "fall" cocktail. Apple flavor is forward with a citrus finish. Very enjoyable

Tried with lime instead of lemon and elevated the sugar a bit. Outstanding.

Really like this drink. Not too sweet and all the flavours blend perfectly. Nice hint of apple and citrus. Great in the afternoon or before dinner.
